Here are my thoughts: kids of divorce think things would have been much better had their parents not divorced, but don't really know that... It's just a fantasy... it may have been worse. I personally think I would have been happier had my parents divorced... Who knows, of course, but people seem generally to forget out badly toxic or abusive relationships impact kids. Like divorce is just not always the worst thing imo...
