Lana Rhoades 'excelled' at 'sex work' and came out saying porn should be banned, that she had zero sexual desire, and essentially that she'd been traumatized. Having sex that you don't want, with men you don't want to have sex with, is traumatizing for women. Why do you think that is if sex doesn't matter and isn't special?

Some people with the wrong psychological profile for a job do things for money. I would take any former adult film star recollection with a grain of salt, she is one person out of thousands of people. Also, a lot of former pornstars want to remain famous, but don’t want stigma of being a sex worker, so a good way to do this is to bash the porn industry, and say you had a horrible time. You get to keep your fame, and you get some of your social status back, that you loss from being a sex worker in a sex negative society. You don’t see this in more sex neutral societies like Germany.
