That said, we do need to be VERY careful not to sound like, or give ammunition to, the neoreactionary movement. Those who don't know what it is are free to Google it. And they do have some potent policy prescriptions for the issues discussed in this article, ones that will set Women back to the dark ages (at best).

I have never heard of such a thing and don't see anything legitimate about this in a Google search?

Wikipedia has a good article about that movement, also known as the Dark Enlightenment or NRx.

They are bunch of weirdos, to be sure. And they fall under the umbrella of the "alt-right". I know, because I have debated against them in the past (particularly in regards to reproductive rights, or lack thereof) whenever they troll on Disqus. One of those trolls in particular came to mind, as to how he would respond to this article.

There is also the somewhat related movement called "Reactionary Feminism" (sic) as well, whose de facto leader is Mary Harrington (who has her own Substack). It is like Horseshoe Theory on steroids between feminism and anti-feminism. Both movements are quite tiny though.
