Authority over what? It seems to me you've misunderstood my arguments. The piece isn't meant to be a scientific explanation of what various mental illnesses are. It's about behaviour and social approaches to mental illness in the West today. I honestly don't really understand what your specific critique is. Maybe you can point to issues you have with specific lines/arguments.
