Generation Covid: A new film explores how we failed kids during the pandemic

On the podcast, I speak with Andrew James and Jennifer Sey about their new film, "Generation Covid."

While we all suffered under authoritarian Covid lockdowns, the younger, school-aged generation suffered particularly. Half of American public schools were closed for nearly two years, causing immense harm to kids in a way not yet fully explored by the public and the media. Andrew James and

sought to do just that in their new film, Generation Covid.

What was the impact of being locked out of school and other social and developmental activities, kept alone and isolated and forced onto screens? Moreover, why did we allow this to happen, knowing Covid posed little threat to the young and healthy?

I spoke with Andrew and Jennifer about these questions and more on the podcast.
