I spoke with Jay Cameron, a lawyer with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), yesterday, just after Prime Minister Trudeau announced he would be invoking the Emergencies Act in an effort to stop the legal protests happening in opposition to Covid-related mandates and restrictions. The Justice Centre is representing the Freedom Convoy 2022 in Ottawa and has a team of lawyers on the ground providing legal assistance and advice.
