Thanks for the update. I’ve been thinking of you and waiting for your update instead of listening to MSM. My mum was brought back early from her vacation to Cuba and she didn’t experience what they were saying in the media. I said she now witnessed how media lies.
I’m glad to hear this update from you! I have an American friend who moved to Cancun last year and I knew you were in Mexico so my ears did perk up when I read about cartels targeting tourists.
Not so much a question as an observation that the hysterical sounding videos from the "on the ground" people you mention remind me so much of the reporting on any given middle eastern country on any given day by people who don't have the slightest clue about the make up of what the country is, how it operates, the reality on the ground or anything else.
I have been waiting to hear from someone who actually lives there and now we have.
