Hi, Meghan -- Happy Birthday!! Doesn't matter what your age is, so I didn't guess. FWIW I thought early forties since I already had an idea from your "age honesty" in past podcasts. What you said about being as young or old as you feel, this is true. It's all relative, because genetics and lifestyle have so much to do with it. People used to guess (sincerely) that I was at least 6 years younger than I was, and I'd ask myself, Why do you even care? even when I smiled and said Thank you. Now at my age I might actually ask Why do you care?🙃 Anyway, you look great, healthy, lovely, and you're wiser than your years in many ways, even at your age (very young compared to me, and I'm not that old yet, though you will get to an age, like me, where you truly don't care about it, and just appreciate how precious life is). Enjoy your birthday!!

❤️🎂🎉

P.S. about Ana K.: I recall her getting heat a few years ago on the Young Turks for claiming actual female womanhood (if that makes sense) in response to the "trans women are women" BS (... yep, like you just said). But I didn't follow the controversy after that, so don't know where it headed, especially as IMO the Young Turks is what you say "super performative," very irritating and faux-leftist (also if that make sense). Heard only some of the podcast with Jillian Michaels who is kind of a doofus in my opinion, and was not impressed. Thought "Meghan M., et al, have been there, done that long ago." Though I guess it's better they've changed their tunes on this issue than not. Anyway, will keep listening now, am eager to hear your thoughts on P Diddy. Thank you and Mary Lou for speaking out and all you do, even when I don't agree with you. You go, excellent women! And sorry for this comment in case it's tldr.

My whole life people have thought I was younger! I was still getting ID'd at the liquor store until a few years ago and even when I was a kid everyone assumed my sister was my 'older sister' rather than my twin! I must have young vibe or face or something.... Either way, I really feel no different than I did when I was in my 30s, and have more energy, confidence, and wisdom than I did in my 20s, sooooo whatever hhaha. (Thank you for the lovely, thoughtful comment <3
