The Nanaimo Jazz Festival recently removed comedian/musician John Julian from their performance schedule this month. Supposedly some of his Justin Trudeau YouTube skits have harmful language.
In my mind Vancouver is just wall to wall furries now. I'm not in Canada so I can't make it, but I'll watch with interest and I've made a donation to help out. Any plans to come back to the UK, Meghan?
Can't make it but have donated. Thank you for your courage and your incredible eloquence. This country has become authoritarian in a way that seems positively religious. It's very clear that the ideology is not grounded in reality nor common sense and its proponents do not act with compassion nor kindness nor real inclusivity. Or sanity, frankly. Please be safe.
