I am posting here to ask if you two heard Meghan Daum's interview with Carole Hooven. I found it preposterous. I'd love to hear you two weigh in on what was said and on the title; "Do women owe men an apology?"

Edited to clarify: I did not take the premise of Hooven's book on testosterone, that testosterone drive particular male behaviours, as preposterous. It was her repeated conclusion that "women hate men" that seemed ridiculous. Anyone who thinks sex hormones are insignificant needs to get off the internet and check out the non-human built world. But the notion that expecting boys and men to employ impulse control is some dark oppression I thought to be absurd.
It's akin to necrophilia isn't it? Sexual gratification through the use of a “partner” that is dead or unconscious and cannot protest. Total control. It's what necrophiles Dahmer, Bundy and Gacy wanted.
