I'm recommending this episode to my radical leftist friend who's pulling her hair out over James Lindsay's "cultural Marxism" framing. She's a purist, and she thinks it's totally spurious. I think she'll relate to Parker's historical analysis of the evolution of utopian religions and Marxism. (I found it fascinating.)
