What a great discussion about a tragic turn in human history. I'm a dude and I love being a dude, and engaging with women is probably the greatest joy in my life. To knowingly deny that to people is sadism, no matter how blindly benevolent the intentions. We're animals, we're part of nature, and our bodies are the product of eons of evolution. They are exquisite and incomprehensibly complicated, and to think we can replicate their processes is a level of arrogance and hubris that only Greek G-ds should enjoy.
What I find ironic is that the 'follow the money' approach is fundamentally Marixst: dominant ideas come from those in positions of power. And yet, we are labelled 'conservative' and identity politics is considered left, when it is anything but.
So, yeah, this makes me a Marxist dude who likes sex. Is that such a bad thing??
