'Everyone had slaves' — Wilfred Reilly on the truth about history, Trump, and the waning popularity of woke

I spoke with Wilfred Reilly, author of "Lies My Liberal Teacher Told Me" about the attempted Trump assassination, his VP pick, why American progressives hate America and more.

Is America really the worst, most racist, most oppressive, most colonizey place in the world? Or our history lessons lacking? Progressives Americans seem to believe the history of their country is particularly awful, but in reality all of history is quite awful. Slavery was global, as was war, raping and pillaging, exploitation, oppression, and every other bad behaviour in the book. Comparatively, modern America is doing quite well, yet progressive Westerners seem not to want to accept that.

I spoke with Wilfred Reilly, professor of political science at Kentucky State University and author of Lies My Liberal Teacher Told Me, about why history is so misrepresented in the West, the waning popularity of woke ideology, the recent attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, VP pick J.D. Vance, and more.
