Wow! You ladies really outdid yourself here! Incredibly informative and gave me a better understanding of the individual psychological motivations. However, I would like to add something that came to mind when listening to the exchange. I don’t want to spill my guts but think this an important piece that many people are missing: childhood sexual abuse of trans MTF specifically those who are in the Autogynephilia category. Unfortunately, due to my “unique upbringing” aka a cult I know many men who as young boys suffered from serious sexual abuse. I know from many candid conversations of similar struggles/sexually deviant fantasies. To my knowledge none of them have ever publicly cross dressed and have been to therapy as adults to help address these fetishes which followed the same cycle indicated on your podcast (porn, etc.) what’s really sad about all of this overly accepting born this way rhetoric is that it fails to realize that many of these men are dealing with serious childhood sexual trauma. The whole fetish of being dominated as a woman stems from shame of feeling powerless as a child to defend themselves against an abuser. However this does not give them a right to abuse hurt women or push themselves into women’s spaces.

That makes sense...
Nests well with your interview with Pamela. Really well done. Thanks for the education.
