Y'all should come take a good close look at downtown edmonton where human feces is the order of the day and our lovely city council has decided to basically do nothing.
Gross. I'll be back in Vancouver next month to see if the situation is similar. I believe the new mayor has been trying to clean things up a bit, but from the sound of it it was very bad prior.
